India Official Under Fire

"If you cant prevent rape, you might as well enjoy it."  These were the exact words coming from the mouth of India's top police official, whether they were taken out of context or not. Needless to say, he is a male, who has a superiority complex. Sorry to say this and this is the first time I am so uncouth, but these men have dicks as their brains. Sadly, such mindsets still pervade the country even with the death of the 23 year old gang rape victim. Someone should castrate these men, there should be a countrywide castration, chemical castration or physical castration, whatever. They need to be taught a lesson. It serves as a preventive measure. Such monstrous behavior should not be tolerated. Women should be respected and loved. Not treated and abused physically.
