Did you know that a make up base is the same as a make up primer? I only knew it today! Anyway, the correct procedures of putting on a make up are as follows. On a cleansed face,
1) put on moisturizer with at least spf 30
2) apply make up primer/base
3) apply concealer
4) apply foundation
5) apply blusher
6) curl eye lashes
7) put eyeshadow
8) put mascara

If you are using a liquid eyeliner, use it after step 7 so that the line sets against the eyeshadow. In the case of a pencil eyeliner, use it after step 6 so that it can blend in with the eyeshadow thereafter. I dun use any eyeliner because it usually gives me panda eyes, so save the trouble!
