If you are a user of the messenger tool Whatsapp, have you ever wondered what does the two ticks/checks mean? For myself and many other users out there, we probably think that two ticks indicate that your recipient has read your message. WRONG! In actual fact, one tick means that the message was sent through the mobile service provider, two ticks meant that the message was sent to the recipient's phone. So before you scratch your head off by thinking why the other party has read your message like hours ago but did not reply, make sure your facts are right!
